30 days, no restocking fee, on anything in resellable condition. Opened keyboards, mice and headsets are fine — we understand you need to try them. Request a return from your account or email support and we send a prepaid label within one business day.
Yes. Every product page lists its warranty term. Our own Trail Series peripherals carry two years; monitors and components carry three; the Aurora cooling kit carries five. We handle warranty claims directly — you never have to chase the manufacturer.
We measure what we can. Weights, polling rates and battery life are checked on a unit from our stock before a product page goes live. When a number comes from the manufacturer and we have not verified it, the spec table says so.
Our Austin showroom on Barton Springs Rd is open Tuesday–Saturday, 11 AM – 7 PM. Order online, choose Pickup at checkout, and we will have it at the counter within two hours.
We currently ship to the United States and Canada. Canadian orders show duties and taxes at checkout so there are no surprises at the door.
