Returns are accepted for 30 days from delivery; here is how the money moves.
Refunds are issued when the carrier scans your return label. Card refunds appear in 3–5 business days depending on your bank; PayPal and Apple Pay are usually same day.
You receive the full product price plus any tax. Original shipping is refunded if the return is due to our error or a defect; otherwise it is not refunded. There is no restocking fee.
Items returned with missing accessories or damage beyond normal inspection may receive a partial refund; we will tell you before processing.
If you prefer, we can issue store credit instead — it never expires and we add 5% as a thank you.
