Orders placed before 2 PM Central ship the same business day. You receive a tracking link by email as soon as the label is scanned. Monitors and prebuilt PCs ship double-boxed with signature required.
You have 30 days from delivery to return anything in resellable condition. Opened keyboards, mice, headsets and controllers are fine — you cannot know how a shape feels from a photo. We do not charge a restocking fee.
Exceptions: software keys, opened in-ear earbuds (hygiene), and items marked Final Sale.
Want a different color or size? Place a new order for the item you want so it ships immediately, and return the first one under the policy above. That is faster for you than an exchange queue.
Email a photo within 7 days of delivery and we will ship a replacement the same day, before the original comes back.
